Living earth

TerraVida takes its namefrom the idea of living earth —a landscape that shapes whatis built on it, rather thanthe other way around.

The red-toned fruit trees that give the village its colour are the ones that gave it its name. It shows in materials chosen to change rather than stay new, and in rooms with deliberately soft edges, so the garden arrives indoors before you have decided to go out.

The Village

Forty-two houses andone shared roof

Forty-two homes set along a public canal, each with its own garden, arranged so that no house looks directly into another. Phase One — sixteen villas around the wellness hub — is under construction; Phase Two is open for sale and Phase Three has been released. Twelve shared places run between them, from the canal promenade to a sauna and ice bath, and they are what turn a group of houses into somewhere people live.

Materials

Built to weather

Nothing here is specified to stay new. The palette is lime plaster, oxidised steel, teak and clay — four materials chosen because the weather improves them.

Oxidised steel

Oxidised steel

The stair is the one sculptural object in the house, and the colour the village is named for. It will keep darkening.

Clay breeze-block

Clay breeze-block

Laid to move air and break the west light, so the room stays cool without being closed.

Lime plaster and still water

Lime plaster and still water

Plaster left to chalk and streak where the rain reaches it, above twenty-two square metres of pool.

Four materials, and the light that moves across them. Everything else is restraint.

The Villas

Six houses, one idea

One, two and three bedrooms, from 64 to 237 square metres of building. Every one opens along its long side to a garden that comes up to the glass, and thirty-three of the forty-two have a pool of their own.

The wellness hub — restaurant, gym and workshop spaces under one pitched roof

Wellness Hub

The centreof the village

A restaurant, a gym and covered workshop spaces for yoga and retreats, set along the canal under a single pitched roof. The restaurant will run a residents' breakfast programme, and the gym will be on flexible memberships that owners can extend to their guests. Both are reasons to book this villa rather than the one next door.

Koh Phangan

Hin Kong, on thequiet west coast

Four hundred metres to Hin Kong beach and five minutes' drive to the water — far enough from Haad Rin that the full moon is something you choose to attend. The island draws wellness communities, long-staying remote workers and families, a mix that holds occupancy up across the whole year rather than one season of it.

Delivery

On the groundsince Q2 2026

The project operates within a full legal framework, through a registered Thai company, with an approved land lease and villa ownership model. Foreign buyers hold a long leasehold interest in the plot and own the building on it. The structure and the process are set out in full.
