On the ground
The team that buildsthe houses runs them
TerraVida's operations team is based within the village rather than in an office abroad. The same people who oversee construction handle check-in, cleaning, pool and garden care, maintenance and owner reporting after handover. Continuity is the point: nothing is passed to a third party at completion.
